Catherine Bell's Workout

She's the lethal weapon on one of the hottest TV shows. Catherine Bell plays a curvaceous Lt. Colonel in “JAG.” That's why Shape magazine chose her for their special issue, “Fit Hollywood.”

Catherine says, “If I fit into my clothes well, and I’m healthy and fit and eating right, then I feel good.”

Keeping “JAG’s” legal eagle in tiptop shape is the job of celebrity trainer Marc Vahanian. He says, “We do a combination of pilates, strength training and yoga."

Using special machines, pilates improves flexibility and strength without building bulk. Catherine says, “I started immediately getting the long, lean sort of dancers body that is so amazing."

To maintain her amazing figure, Catherine eats lots of vegetables and protein but few carbs. She says, “I have more energy and I don't put on weight so easily."

Even during her busy shooting schedule she always manages to fit in a workout. She says, “I worked out a really neat program where I could do it even if I only had 10 minutes."

After a tough workout, it's time to relax with a Japanese healing technique, called Jin Shin Jyutsu, which increases circulation and energy! She says, “I walked out of here a new person.”

Worked out and rubbed down, what could be better?
