Alec Baldwin
In "The Cat in the Hat," he is one of the rats. And Alec Baldwin is not exactly Mr. Warmth in "The Cooler" either. But scoring a hot box office double whammy with two new movies at the same time is nothing to sneeze at.
The veteran leading man tells "Extra" that being bad is treating him so well that the other guy can get the girl for all he cares, which is exactly what his costar Bill Macy does in "The Cooler."
He says, "As I often say to people, I'm getting older now. So I used to kiss the girl in the movie. Now I try to prevent my son from kissing his girlfriend in the movie. So things do change over time."
And Baldwin's comic roles as a slippery casino boss in "The Cooler" and the mean neighbor in "The Cat in the Hat" have earned him a big date with an old flame this Saturday night, an honor reserved for only the coolest of cats.
