Star Secrets

Brand new mom Sarah Jessica looked beautiful with her bulging belly, and so do expectant mothers Cynthia Nixon, Talisa Soto, and Kelly Ripa. While Julianne Moore, Jodie Foster and Josie Bissett are glowing after the birth of their babies. So how do these new moms and moms-to-be stay in shape and look so great? Only "Extra" has their Star Secrets.

Bissett says, "I just tried to eat the Zone way - a lot of protein, and stuff like that, and a lot of exercise. And it paid off."

But sexy Lisa Rinna and Julianne Moore, both mothers of two, say it's much harder to lose the weight the second time around. Rinna says, "Before I could just maybe walk. Now I have to do pilates, yoga, and spinning. Not one, but three."

Moore adds, "You just get out there and exercise like a maniac."

That wasn't the secret for "The Truth About Charlie" star Thandie Newton. She says, "Oh God, I didn’t do any exercise. Nursing was the key for me. I nursed until she was over a year and that just pulls everything back in."

Jodie Foster says she suffers from major sleep deprivation all the time, but is good at hiding it. She says, "You still got to do it tomorrow, so there's no point in showing it, basically. There's no getting out of it."

First time mom-to-be Talisa Soto plans to save some Z's by recruiting hubby Benjamin Bratt for those late night feedings.

Now that the stars secrets are out, why not see if they work for you?
