Macaulay Culkin

Famed child star Macaulay Culkin is heading to a TV screen near you. According to the New York Post, Culkin has signed a deal with NBC to create several projects, including a sitcom set to air next fall.

Culkin became one of the most famous and rich child stars after playing Kevin McCallister in "Home Alone" in 1990. The movie grossed $285 million in the US alone, and brought Culkin to star status.

Culkin took a break from acting in 1994 until recently starring in "Party Monster," where he played Club Kid Michael Alig.

According to the New York Post, Culkin met with "Late Night" host Conan O'Brien about creating a sitcom for O'Brien's production company, Conaco.

In addition to the sitcom, Culkin is set to appear with Mandy Moore and Jena Malone in the 2004 film, "Saved."
