On the set of 'The O.C.'
The hot and sexy smash hit of the summer is back
on FOX Wednesday night. When fans last tuned into "The
O.C.," Marissa had popped some pills, and no one knew
if she would live or die. Now "Extra" gets the answer
straight from the set.
Adam Brody, who plays Seth Cohen, was playing
coy. He says, "I've bumped into a lot of people
that want to know what happened to Marissa, and I can tell
them. She dies."
But the truth is -- Mischa Barton is back.
Barton's onscreen dad, Tate Donovan says, "I don't
think she's going to die, she's the star of the show. But
I will say that my wife dates someone who I really don't
like. "
And that's just the beginning of the drama.
Rachel Bilson says, "I will tell you that there is a
love triangle." And Barton adds, "There is the possibility
of me being sent away to a mental institution."
But these famous faces say it is fans that
have gone mental. Barton says, "People told me they were
crying hysterically, and they got really depressed."
So has superstardom made dating any different
for Texas hunk Benjamin McKenzie? He says, "It's probably
easier to get a date now than it was before. I'm sure it is,
but honestly, I have no time."
You should make time for "The O.C.'s"
new time, Wednesday night at 9 p.m.
