Star Sightings
It was a star-studded night in the Big Apple for the opening of Hugh Jackman's Broadway smash "The Boy from Oz." Jackman says, "Today is sort of one of the great moments in my career."
Single in the city were Sarah Jessica Parker, and newlywed "Sopranos" star Jamie-Lynn Discala who has been approached to play Heidi Fleiss in an upcoming TV movie. Discala says, "The newlyweds are not together cause the husband is home watching the game."
Stars like Calista Flockhart and Marg Helgenberger came out for a good cause at the LA Commission on Assaults against Women. Flockhart says, "Their goal is to eradicate domestic violence."
And Fockhart’s goal was to hold back the tears during her speech honoring sponsor Verizon Wireless.
Courteney Cox and Mark McGrath joined "Extra" and proud new parents Mark Wahlberg and Rhea Duram at a benefit concert for cancer research in honor of the legendary Beach Boy, Carl Wilson.
McGrath says, "My favorite song of all times in ‘God Only Knows.’ It will bring a tear to your eye every time, and I just broke up with my girlfriend so now that song really means a lot to me."
And at the Guardian Awards, the hottest couple was of course James Bond and his gorgeous wife. Pierce Brosnan and Keely Shaye Smith came out to support In Defense of Animals and to honor the legendary Dr. Jane Goodall.
