Extra! Extra!
Reuben and Clay are catching some sleep, Will Ferrell is on the set of his upcoming movie, and Carmen Electra is snuggling up to man’s best friend: Entertainment Weekly turned the tables on the stars and handed them a camera to show us what they did this summer.
Dakota Fanning spent her hot months cooling down in the pool, and the kids from "The OC" are clowning around on the set. EW’s photo issue is on newsstands now.
"Extra" has new clips from Quentin Tarantino's new thriller "Kill Bill." Star Uma Thurman confesses the shoot was so hard she came home each night and cried.
"Kill Bill: Volume One" opens Friday.
Only "Extra" was there as Simon Cowell had his birthday cake and ate it too. The "American Idol" judge turned 44 years old, but he wasn’t in the celebration mood. Cowell says, "I’m not enjoying this birthday interview."
But what Cowell is enjoying is his upcoming new show. He says, "I'm developing a drama for FOX at the moment which is like 'Fame' meets 'Beverly Hills 90210.'"
Alicia Keys, Eve, and Missy Elliott, three of hip hop's hottest females, work it for the cover of next month’s Rolling Stone's "Women Who Rock" issue. And "Extra" has your behind-the-scenes look at their sizzling photo shoot. Keys says, "It's a lot of fun and it shows strong women. We're just doing our thing."
Rolling Stone's "Women Who Rock" issue hits stands Friday.
