Star Sightings
Sharon Stone was in rare form Thursday night in Los Angeles. Stone was Elizabeth Taylor’s surprise replacement at the annual Macy’s Passport Gala AIDS Fundraiser.
And Stone pulled out all of the stops. She flirted, teased, and kissed, but she drew the line at Pauly Shore. Shore asked Stone, "If I get this watch for $15,000, does that mean you’re my new girlfriend?" But Stone replied, "I don’t think there is the remotest possibility of that happening."
"Extra" stayed in LA to catch Salma Hayek and new boyfriend Josh Lucas taking in a very special premiere. It was no normal night; this was Hayek’s directorial debut in "The Maldonado Miracle," starring Peter Fonda. Hayek says, "It was a wonderful, wonderful experience."
Chicago always has a few stars to see and Thursday night in the windy city was the Chicago Film Festival premiere of "The Human Stain." Local boy Gary Sinise danced around the topic of his number with co-star Anthony Hopkins. He says, "It is getting even more attention than the love scenes."
"Extra" headed from Chicago to London, England, to witness Uma Thurman, Daryl Hannah, and Quentin Tarantino going on a "Kill Bill" rampage. Tarantino says, "This is definitely taking place not on planet earth."
After giving a "Kill Bill" press conference, the gang got dressed up for the movie’s much-anticipated premiere.
Hannah says, "You can just feel everybody just foaming at the mouth." Thurman adds, "It is our little mad masterpiece."
We left London for a shuttle run to Paris where we caught Beyoncé Knowles on the Champs Elysées on a European vacation having returned from a friend's fashion show in Milan.
