Heidi Klum

Heidi Klum's long, lean body has graced the covers of major magazines like Mademoiselle, Sports Illustrated and GQ. Heidi owes her fantastic figure to David Kirsch, personal trainer to the stars. She says, "It’s not just about not eating anything and going to the gym like crazy. It’s a mixture of everything."

Kirsch adds, "It’s an exhilarating, all-over body workout."

"Extra" got to tag along as David and Heidi shot scenes for his new fitness video, "Sound Mind, Sound Body Boot Camp." Heidi says, "It's body, it’s mind, it’s soul, it’s really understanding what you're supposed to do and eat right and feel better about yourself."

But the demure diva admits that she is no saint when it comes to strict dieting. She says, "I do like my french fries every once in a while and I think you have to do that."

From stretching and kicking to squatting and lunging, Heidi gets a leg up from David Kirsch, the master of muscle.
