Comeback kid Kylie Minogue made the top 20. So did spicy surprise Paulina Rubio. But in FHM magazine's November issue ranking of music industry goddesses, the top three are multi-platinum princesses. Jennifer Lopez is third, Britney Spears at number two, and in the top spot, 21-year-old R&B sensation Ashanti.
She should be pleased after her single smash "Foolish" and a self-titled album that sold a half million copies in seven days. But doing the sexy FHM spread posed a new challenge, and "Extra" got a behind the scenes peek at the photo shoot. Ashanti says, "I got to show something different about myself, then again it's not raunchy."
Ashanti's image has been more Levi’s than lingerie, and she made sure the photographer knew her boundaries. She says, "This is the extent of how far I’ll go."
But how far Ashanti will go in the music business, nobody knows.
