Two men and a baby decision, Phoebe may have a new man, and over in the "ER," Noah Wyle says, "All hell is going to break loose." From "ER" to "Friends," "Good Morning Miami" to "Will & Grace," it's "Extra's" sneak peek at tonight's "must see" lineup on NBC.

"Will & Grace" struggle with the decision to have a baby together, but Grace is falling for that hunky Jewish doctor played by Harry Connick Jr. NBC Entertainment President Jeff Zucker says tonight's episode will be a jaw dropper. He says, "What happens between Will and Grace is not to be believed. Tonight is the night to watch ‘Will & Grace.’"

And watch out for a new romance developing on "Friends." Paul Rudd, the object of Jennifer Anniston’s affection on the big screen, joins the sitcom as Phoebe's new love interest.

And a love affair may be heating up on "Good Morning Miami" as Dylan, despite having a boyfriend, may be falling for Jake.

Zucker says "ER" gets new life this season as Noah Wyle emerges as the lead doc. Zucker says, "Tonight’s episode brings Dr. John Carter center stage as the real hero of the ER."

Noah says, "He's the chief resident of the hospital and that carries with it a lot of responsibility. So he's more of a teacher than a student."

With one year reportedly left on his contract, Noah has talked about retiring to his California ranch, but NBC has other plans. Zucker says, "We love Noah. He is the center of that show now and I hope he'll be there for many years to come."
