'All of Us'
It’s Will Smith's latest gig. Executive producer Will Smith is joking around on the set of "All of Us," the new sitcom he and his wife Jada are producing for UPN.
"All of Us" centers around a unique entertainment family, not unlike the Smiths themselves; but the boss told "Extra" it is only loosely based on their life. Jada says, "I know everybody is saying that this is like our life. But it’s not really."
This is Jada’s first experience as an executive producer. She says, "Well, I think I have to learn to actually executive produce. I’m basically getting on everybody’s nerves right now."
Duane Martin, longtime friend of Will and Jada, plays one half of the sitcom couple. And he also played Will and Jada’s matchmaker in real life. Martin says, "Jada is a lot of things, and Will is a lot of things, and knowing both of them, it was such a perfect fit."
Before we left, Mrs. executive producer revealed a show secret to "Extra." Jada says she and Will will be doing a guest appearance on the show.
"All of Us" premieres September 16th.
