Emmy Fashions

Jennifer Aniston was a winner in plunging pink Dior, Wendie Malick was a blast from the past, and Kim Cattrall shined in her champagne dress. Glitz and glamour ruled the red carpet Sunday and on television's biggest night many of the stars stuck with a basic, classic black.

Laura Linney was there in spaghetti straps and Jeri Ryan wore a racy Elie Saab. Rachel Griffiths added an Asian flair while a very svelte Jill Hennessy adorned her black with feathers.

And plenty of stars wanted their style to make a splash. Marg Helgenberger went halter hippie, Cheryl Hines donned baby doll blue, while Angela Basset bared her assets in a barely there gown.

Kelly Osbourne hit the stage in her unique Zandra Rhodes creation. And while Oprah made it a night of high glamour, other gals dared to bare by taking the plunge. Debra messing led the low cut crowd, alongside Amy Brenneman, Lauren Ambrose, and Allison Janney.

For the guys it was all about ties, be it neck, bow, or none at all. And if you really want a fashion challenge, just try dressing for two. Expectant mom Cynthia Nixon looked stunning in red, Anthony LaPaglia held tight to his wife Gia, and proud parents to be Bradley Whitford and Jane Kaczmarek knew looking cool would be tough on this hot Los Angeles night.

It was just another hot night of hot fashion in Hollywood.
