She first wowed us on "American Idol," but after Tamyra Gray's early dismissal two weeks ago, her schedule hasn't slowed down a bit. With a steady stream of TV appearances and a new contract, he's actually busier than ever.
She says, "It's been a crazy schedule, but it's been so much fun. I've been enjoying every minute of it regardless of how early I get in and how late I am out."
So "Extra" is helping ease her pain by treating Tamyra her mom Rita to some "American pampering" at the Oasis Spa in New York City. Tamyra says, "What better way in between schedules and in between interviews, come to the spa, relax, regroup and get back to work."
So what does this Georgia peach think of the Big Apple after a good rubdown? She says, "I love New York. It's not Georgia, but I love it anyway."
Looks like the big city spa was a sure fire hit for this "American Idol."
