Jamie Lynn Spears

Get ready for a little home grown competition, Britney. Brit's perky little sis, Jamie Lynn Spears, is the freshest new face on Nickelodeon. Jamie Lynn says, "I was like, ‘It would be really cool if I was on that show.’"

Eleven-year-old Jamie Lynn got her wish, joining the cast of "All That," a pint-sized "Saturday Night Live." It’s the show that launched the careers of "Big Fat Liar" cutie Amanda Bynes, and Nick's top rated talent, Nick Cannon.

"All That" director Virgil Fabian says, "From the moment she stepped on she was a star."

Fabian ought to know. He worked on "The Mickey Mouse Club" that launched Britney to superstardom. He sees the same quality in Jamie Lynn. He says, "She fit right in with the other cast members who've been on the show a year already, and just walked in and knocked us out."

Jamie Lynn got her first big break from big sis, playing young Britney in "Crossroads," the pop diva's acting debut. She also had a cameo in Britney’s time-traveling Pepsi commercial.

Jamie Lynn says of Britney, "I ask her when I need advice, but she'll just come up and tell me."

All this talk about Britney is just good-natured fun, but when it comes to one movie star, Jamie Lynn gets serious. She says, "If I could work with Will Smith, I'd be really happy."
