Jennie Garth
She was the blonde beauty who skyrocketed to stardom as Kelly Taylor on "Beverly Hills 90210." Now Jennie Garth is all grown up and the married mom is returning to TV with a new WB show called, "What I Like About You."
The show is a comedy with plenty of punch lines and pratfalls. Jennie says, "Everyone's eyes were on me, waiting to see, can she be funny?"
Everyone including her co-star Simon Rex. He says, "She has comic timing. She's funny and she can do it."
But after years of that dramatic "90210" dialogue, Jennie wasn't so sure. So she hired a comedy coach. She says, "I would get really frustrated because I don’t know how to make it funny. I only know how to make it real, because that's what I do."
But there is one person who knew jenny the jokester. Jennie is married to rising Hollywood heartthrob Peter Facinelli. Jenny says life at home is full of laughter raising daughter Luca Bella.
Jennie says, "Our daughter turned five and we're just loving every minute of her."
And with Facinelli starring in the new series "Fastlane" and a new baby on the way, Jennie says finding family time is going to be tough. She says, "He’s going to be picking up the same kind of schedule that I had in the early days of '90210.'"
That doesn't leave a lot of time for fun for this Hollywood family. Then again, at least we'll get to see what we like about Jennie on TV.
