Jennifer Aniston
Heather Graham, David Duchovny, and Ben Stiller were among the stars to come out and support one of their friends, Jennifer Aniston, and see her new movie debut at the Los Angeles Film Festival this weekend.
Mrs. Brad Pitt plays a very unsatisfied suburban housewife in "The Good Girl." It’s a role she tells "Extra" that she took because it's as far away from her "Friends" role, and her real life, as you can get. She says, "I needed, more than for my career and fans, I wanted to do it so I don't get locked into something creatively."
While Jennifer smiled for the cameras on the red carpet Saturday, you'd never know she was about to go to court tomorrow to fight a privacy battle over topless photos taken in her own backyard, which appeared in several publications including something called "Celebrity Skin."
Fox news legal editor Stan Goldman says Aniston’s anger is justified considering the photographer had to scale an eight-foot wall of her then Hollywood Hills home to take the shots. He says, "It's not like she was sunbathing naked on her front lawn. This was a protected area."
You might remember that her husband Brad won a similar case against Playgirl magazine five years ago, after that magazine featured a nude photo of the actor taken while on vacation.
Aniston's trial, scheduled to begin tomorrow, will not have a jury. She'll make her case in front of a Los Angeles judge. Even hubby Brad could take the stand in defense of his wife. After all, she married her best friend.
