Justin Scores Victory Against 'Stalkerazzi'
Justin Timberlake has declared war against the press -- and won a victory in a harassment suit he filed against a so-called "stalkerazzi," who he claims had put him in danger.
Tuesday, a Santa Monica court judged barred one photographer from coming within 50 yards of the singer for the next three years. In court records, Timberlake had stated: "I have been stalked and harassed continually. The defendant has been stalking me outside of my home almost every day, and aggressively follows me throughout the day."
Timberlake further maintained that, "When I am driving on the street, the defendant drives recklessly, erratically and aggressively. I genuinely fear for my safety, the safety of those who work for me and others."
On another front, Timberlake is also currently involved in a
lawsuit he recently filed against the British tabloid, News
of the World. He says they erroneously reported that he cheated
on his girlfriend, Cameron Diaz, with model Lucy Clarkson. Diaz
called "Extra," and told us that she and Justin are
happy and together. |
