Trump in '04?

He's taken on the business world and prime-time television, but now Donald Trump is setting his sights even higher. In the new issue of Esquire magazine, the mogul has a message for President Bush: "It's just out of control."

We caught up with Trump in Los Angeles, where he told us that the war in Iraq is simply bad business. "I like President Bush, I just disagree totally with the war in Iraq," Trump told us. "We should have never been there. It's a big mistake."

These comments are surprising coming from Trump, a Republican. But he did have some comments about Kerry and Edwards -- specifically their hair. "I heard that the other day, and I said well maybe my hair is better," he joked.

But Trump has more than politics on his mind -- he has a hit show to cast. Trump met hundreds of people on Friday who hope to become his new "Apprentice."

Crowds of people showed up to try out for "Apprentice 3." So what do these people need to demonstrate to Trump to land a spot on the hit show? "Number one: they never give up," Trump told us. "Number two: they are very smart. And almost all of them have great potential."

Trump clearly enjoys his hit show and weighing in on world affairs, but he wanted to set the record straight with "Extra" about the rumor her might run for the White House one day: "No. I'm the largest developer in New York. I have the number one show on television. I think I'm pretty busy right now."
