Cameron's Sex Tape Nightmare
Superstar Cameron Diaz made one bad decision at age 19 -- and now, 12 years later, it's coming back to haunt her. A topless video that Diaz once made has hit both the internet and the front pages of newspapers.
"Extra" has learned the video, in which the aspiring model poses topless, was shot in 1992, before Diaz became a superstar. Cameron's people have not yet released a statement about the video.
John Rutter, the photographer who made the video, has been in a messy legal fight with Diaz for years over topless photos he also shot of her. At one point, the DA charged Rutter with trying to extort $3.3 million from Diaz.
Rutter's friend, Storm Jenkins, told "Extra" that John had nothing to do with releasing the video: "John had no involvement in the distribution of this video. He has followed all of the ruling made by the judge in this case."
But when the TV show "Celebrity Justice" caught up with Rutter last fall, he didn't seem to understand why Diaz would be upset. "I would have to say in these photographs she's probably the most stunning I've seen her," Rutter had told "CJ."
As one of Hollywood's highest paid actresses, Cameron would disagree. And this fight appears to be headed back to the courtroom.
