Sex, Lies and Conspiracies?
Former President Bill Clinton worked the crowds in San Francisco this week to promote his new book, "My Life." But now, several women detailed in Clinton's tell-all memoir are fighting back with strong denials and possible threats of lawsuits.
Paula Jones and Kathleen Wiley will appear
on ABC's "Primetime" on Thursday. Both ladies accused
Clinton of sexual harassment, and now Jones has a shocking confession:
she feels she was used by the Clintons' enemies. "I agree
I was a small little entity in this big vast, whatever you want
to call it," Jones says on "Primetime."
And she also drops another bombshell -- Jones claims she knew about Monica Lewinsky even before Hillary Clinton.
For her own part, Lewinsky has responded to her portrayal in Clinton's book saying, "This is absurd. And it's offensive."
And old wounds may be taking their toll on Lewinsky. Some reports claim the fallout from the book has caused her to gain 75 pounds. But Monica's not the only former Clinton liaison getting steamed. Gennifer Flowers, who is also detailed in the memoir, once told "Extra" she was outraged by how Clinton portrayed their relationship. And with the tales from his new book, Flowers' reps are reportedly considering a lawsuit. "People can't go out there and defame you," she insisted.
So how is Clinton handling all the pressure? In typical Clinton-style. In San Francisco, he told us, "It's wonderful; everyone's got their own stories. It's really wonderful."
Catch up with all the Clinton women Thursday night on ABC's "Primetime." And for more on Paula Jones, Monica Lewinsky and Bill Clinton, check out Thursday's edition of "Extra."
