Ellen DeGeneres
It's a father's search for his runaway son and has become the run a way hit of the summer. And the runaway star of "Finding Nemo" is the lovable Dory, voiced by Ellen DeGeneres.
Ellen says, "I think there's a little bit of fish in everyone."
And it' not all fish tales for this queen of comedy. Ellen just wrapped a 36-city tour for her latest HBO special, she's writing a book, and she's gearing up for her new fall talk show. She says of her show, "No desk, I think it puts a barrier between us. If I don't like the people I’m booking, then I’ll put a desk between us. You'll know cause out of nowhere there's a desk and a sneeze guard and a salad bar."
You may have noticed that Ellen's mannerisms made their way
into Dory. That is because the stars do the voices first and
then the animators create the characters.
You can see Ellen’s HBO special June 28th. Her new talk show debuts in September.
