David Evangelista is the celebrity hairstylist who turned Mondays into makeover magic on the "Rosie O’Donnell" show. In just one hour he managed to change frizzy and frazzled into fabulous.

"I think of myself as the robin hood of beauty. I'm taking what I know from people at the top and giving it to other people," Evangelista said.

Now that the queen of daytime TV is calling it quits, David is planning on doing a makeover show of his own. He's taking makeovers out of the studio and on to the streets. He says, "I just might be coming to a door near you."

- Before swimming rinse hair in tap water. Iron in tap water will repel salt & chlorine.

- Leave in conditioner in sun - keeps hair from drying out

- Use hair accessories to keep hair off face - will keep you clean & cool

- Avoid using heavy products, like heavy hairspray & gel - will cause build up

- Remember hair is your friend not you enemy - treat it that way
