From her first ever performance on "TRL" to her new MTV gig, "The Ashlee Simpson Show," Jessica Simpson's little sister has hit it big. She's got a new album coming out, a commercial on TV with her big sis and now her own show.

But Ashlee admitted that not everyone was excited about her recent TV deal with MTV: "My sister was like, 'Ashlee, don't do the show.'"

But Ashlee didn't listen, and so MTV's cameras began tagging along on everything from signing her first record deal to writing about broken hearts.

"You actually see and meet the guys that I'm writing the songs about," Ashlee revealed about her show. "You see what they did to me."

But Ashlee isn't reeling from any heartbreak -- she's got way too much to do to keep up with Jessica. "If I'm going to be compared to anyone, it's a compliment to be compared to her," Ashely told us.
