Star Justice: Irreconcilable Differences

The storybook marriage between the Latin heartthrob and the spokesmodel is officially ending. "Extra" has the papers that were just filed and signed by Ali Landry, which cite "irreconcilable differences," as she seeks a divorce from Mario Lopez, her husband of just seven weeks.

But there's more. "Extra" has learned that Landry is also asking the court to annul the marriage, accusing Lopez of fraud in taking her to the altar. "Extra" called Landry’s lawyer, but he refused to give any further details.

The couple had been together for years before getting hitched. But as Ali told "Extra" just before the wedding, she knew taking the vows might make a big difference in the relationship, saying, "I look forward to seeing how the dynamic changes, if at all."

Well, the dynamic apparently did change. And as Laundry and Lopez go through the painful process of divorce, Ali has her own philosophy to rely on: "There's an old saying where you kind of let the man think he's in control, but women rule the world."

For more details on Ali Landry and Mario Lopez as the events unfold, watch Monday’s edition of "Extra."
