Stars Rock the MTV Movie Awards
It's the one awards show where anything goes. Lindsay Lohan hosted this weekend's MTV Movie Awards, and from queens, kings and legends, everyone flocked to Sony Studios in Hollywood for the big event.
"This is definitely the bomb," Queen Latifah told us. Sharon Stone, Tom Cruise, Jack Black and Kate Beckinsale were among the big-name stars -- although some came for different reasons: "I just want to get a look at Tom Cruise," Beckinsale revealed.
Jack Black picked up another award for his "School of Rock" role, and told us, "when in doubt, squeeze off a little rock."
And, after an on-stage kiss with Paris Hilton, Carmen Electra took home the always-popular Best Kiss award. Paris revealed to us that she and Backstreet boyfriend Nick Carter like the category too. "Best Kiss, that's hot," Hilton insisted. "She's a good kisser," Carter added.
Paris' partner in crime, Nicole Richie, insisted that her favorite category is the Best Villain Award -- and the Best Villain winner, Lucy Liu, gave us some tips on acting a villainess role. "The key to playing a villain is to make her incredibly likeable," she insisted.
But sometimes the awards show can even be dangerous, as Christina Aguilara demonstrated when she lost her footing on the smoke-choked stage -- luckily co-presenter Sharon Stone was looking out for her. "I kind of did a little sidestep stumble, but I regained my composure and walked out," Aguilera told us. "I thought I was going to have to carry her home," Stone laughed.
Jim Caviezel, who was nominated for playing savior in "The Passion of the Christ," was also at the big event, as well as Kobe Bryant and his wife, Vanessa.
This is one awards show you've got to see, and you can catch it Thursday night on MTV.
