Double Congratulations to Julia
It's official, America's sweetheart, Julia Roberts, is with child -- actually, two children.
Julia and husband Danny Moder are expecting
and Jess Cagle, from People Magazine, tells us, "She was
absolutely blown away that she was having twins."
Cagle says the babies are a dream come true for the couple that got married on the Fourth of July, two years ago. "They obviously, I think, have wanted to get pregnant for a while," Cagle says. "And finally it happened."
Just recently, when her last movie, "Mona Lisa Smile" was released, last Christmas, Julia revealed to "Extra" her motherly priority. "My life has been so fulfilling," she told us. "I have a really strong family life and I think that's something to be proud of."
Julia has strong family genes too. Her great grandmother was
a twin and Julia has twin cousins. Julia and Danny's babies
are due early next year, but the world will see the pregnancy
in progress. Julia, who co-starred in "Ocean's Eleven,"
is about to begin shooting "Ocean's Twelve" in Italy.
But don't expect any problems: the character she plays will
be pregnant, too.
Now the Oscar-winning actress -- who has played mommy in films
like "Something to Talk About," "Steel Magnolias,"
and "Erin Brockovich -- is proudly preparing for the role
of her life. |
