'American Idol'
The "American Idol" final four are just hours away from the performance of their lives. "Extra" has learned the wannabe "Idols" will be performing in front of a legend tonight: Bee Gee Robin Gibb.
"Extra" has also learned that on Wednesday the lucky three finalists will rub elbows with Oprah Winfrey, who will be taping her talk show on the "American Idol" set.
"American Idol" co-executive producer Nigel Lithgow says everyone is talking about who will be crowned the champion. So "Extra" asked some music superstars for their predictions.
Terry Ellis and Cindy Herron of En Vogue told us their hearts are with Ruben, but their real prediction is Clay.
The ladies of En Vogue are working on an album with Patti Labelle called "Church: Songs of Soul and Inspiration," which comes out June 3rd. Labelle has aspiring words for the finalists. She says, "I wish you well and if you get to the point that it’s not your turn tonight, don’t ever give up."
So who is the smart money betting on? According to one betting service, Ruben is the hands down favorite to win, followed by clay, Kimberly and Joshua. So what do Simon and Ryan think? Simon says, "I think this time around you're seeing a different type of vote. I think America is taking this more seriously and they're basing it on singing ability."
