From the morning meeting to the anchor’s seat,
it's a whole new ball game for actor and comedian Tom Arnold.
Tom has made the successful switch from actor to sportscaster
on Fox Sports Net's wacky talk show "Best Damn Sports
Show, Period."
Tom says, "I wouldn't mind doing this forever."
Especially since he can monkey around and still make movies. He's always been a sports nut and is a natural for the shows off the cuff format. Tom is having a ball doing with most guys would love to do: talking sports and cracking jokes with some heavy hitters.
With the show, a new movie, and an on-air proposal to political consultant Shelby Roos,
Tom is batting a thousand!
Tom says, "Well ‘Extra,’ thanks for hanging out with the ‘Best Damn Sports Show’ today with us. I think there are three absolutes in America: we love our sports, we love our comedy, and we love Leeza Gibbons. It's true. She's hot!"
