MTV Beach House
MTV is back at the beach and Carson Daly is in the house. He says, "We're trying to find the hottest bodies on the beach and counting down the hottest videos."
This summer, the music channel’s wild beach house party will be down on the boardwalk in New Jersey.
With a $10,000 prize at stake, buffed boys and bikini-clad girls were happy to shimmy and even shower. But why Jersey? Executive Producer Bob Kusbit says, "The last few years we're in San Diego, The Bahamas, Key West, but you come back to Jersey and the people jump headfirst into the program."
But with the temperature hovering in the fifties no one was jumping headfirst into the ocean or even lying out under the boardwalk, so MTV cranked up the thermostat with the help of a bopping B2K, and even P. Diddy did everything he could to get the chill out of the air.
Even when it's chilly in New Jersey, MTV can always create its very own heat wave.
