Mystique Photo Shoot
Two top models, one lucky photographer, and one of the most remote and beautiful countries on the planet. “Extra" traveled from Los Angeles to Belize for an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at a photo shoot for the new Mystique magazine.
Model Rebecca Switzer was inspired by the fantastic scenery. So was Aria Giovanni, but in a different way. She says, “You feel like you should be wearing sheer clothing and no panties.”
The scantily clad models posed in the jungle, in streams running out of beautiful caves, and in ancient Mayan ruins. It costs the magazines thousands to fly its crew to exotic locations around the world, but photographer Mark Daughn admits readers don't really care about the scenery. He says, “Honestly, most of the travel is really about my inspiration."
One of his toughest responsibilities was the delicate balancing act of having two top models on the same shoot. He says, “Like Aria said the other day, she went, 'I’m queen for today but as soon as the next girl gets here you're done with me.'"
So with this exotic setting and these stunning co-workers, it's hard to argue with Daughn when he says, “I'm blessed. I have the greatest job in the world right now."
