Mena Suvari
She seduced you from a bed of roses in "American
Beauty" and played the shy songbird in “American Pie.”
Mena Suvari is Hollywood’s baby face bombshell. She says,
"I think that I’ve grown so much. I'm such a different
person."
Just 22-years-old Mena Suvari has spent the
past two years growing up fast in the Hollywood spotlight. She's
become the darling of the arrival line and a favorite among
fellow actors. Rena is marries to cinematographer Robert Brinkmann.
She says, "We just passed the year mark in March."
The Hollywood rookie relies on her husband for career advice.
But there's more to Mena Suvari than what you see on screen.
The actress expresses her artistic flair by designing and making
bracelets. She says, "It really just started out as a craft,
a hobby."
Mena uses unique beads and says she puts a bit of her personality into every creation. Eventually Mena hopes to expand her jewelry line to complement some of the glamorous gowns she's worn on the red carpet.
Mena is still evolving, as an actress and a woman. She’s determined
that her bed of roses not disappear into a thicket of Hollywood
thorns. She says, "I think I’ve grown so much and learned
so much in the past few years. So I guess I’m more aware of
the business and how it can treat you and where it can take
you."
