Todd English
He's impressed every one from pop legend Mariah Cary to Bill Clinton. Todd says, “It's really an amazing dream come true.”
He's also one of People magazine's Most Beautiful last year. Todd English is the chef of the moment. Not bad for a college dropout. He says, “I love watching people eat and enjoying food. That to me is a real turn on.”
With 15 restaurants across the U.S., he's doing just that. Todd takes pride in being on the cutting edge of culinary design. He says, “If there's one thing I always try to look for and do everyday is stay on the edge.”
Todd says that its no surprise he became a chef, good cooking runs in his family. He says, “My family on my mother's side was Italian, so I always knew good food. Food was always a part of my household.”
Todd's no spring chicken when it comes to cooking. He’s been cooking since he was 18-years-old. He knew cooking was his calling when he dropped out of college only to travel the country cooking for a living and honing his trade. As for his future, Todd says, “I am going to start producing my own television show.”
Well, he’s already a star in the kitchen.
