Splits For Mario, Ali and Kiefer
She is the beautiful actress
who starred in those memorable Doritos commercials, and he
is the "Saved by the Bell" star-turned-talk-show
host. And now, just 18 days after getting married in Mexico,
Ali Landry and Mario Lopez are no longer together.
So what could have gone so wrong
in just a couple of weeks? Us Weekly Senior Editor BJ Sigesmund
tells us that friends and family share their theories about
what happened. "Supposedly, he got in trouble for an
event that allegedly happened at his bachelor party,"
Sigesmund reveals.
We spoke to Mario's people today,
who say there's more to this story, and sources tell us other
reports that the couple has annulled their marriage are not
true.
We' ve learned that the couple's
marriage was videotaped for an "Oprah" special.
We have also learned that Ali and
Mario want to work this out in private.
Meanwhile, Kiefer Sutherland
is ending his 8-year marriage, and "Extra" has obtained
the revealing divorce papers. The star of the hit TV show
"24" filed for divorce from his wife, Elizabeth,
citing: "Irreconcilable differences."
In the papers, Sutherland lists
his assets, which include two homes, three cars, horses and
a guitar collection worth $173,000. His total assets amount
to more than $5.6 million.
Sutherland also lists his monthly
expenses, which include: $2,500 for eating out, $1,668 for
laundry and cleaning and $6,843 for entertainment, gifts and
vacations. The total monthly expenses came to more than $33,000.
Kiefer and Elizabeth have been
separated since1999 and have no children.
