'The Bachelor' Buffs Up
Whether he's handing out roses in a tux
or wearing swim trunks for a dip in the Jacuzzi, "Bachelor"
Jesse Palmer is downright hot. So how does he keep his body
in pro-football form? We looked to the man behind the magic
-- trainer Tim Trost.
Palmer's "Bachelor" life is
not all fun and games. When he's not wining and dining
each of the beautiful bachelorettes, Jesse's working out
at his pad. And Trost is the guy who keeps Jesse up to pro-football
standards.
"I'm training way more right now than I did," Palmer
told us. "I really feel that the workouts I get here are
actually a lot better than the workouts I get back home. I'm
going to go back to training camp this year in the best shape
that I've been in."
From endless sets of sit ups and carrying weights up a flight
of stairs, to countless reps of squats and building up those
biceps, it's no wonder Palmer is staying ripped.
Jesse even admitted to us that he sweats his 5-day-a-week workouts
almost as much as he sweats the dramatic Rose Ceremonies. "I
thought the workouts would be the easiest part of my day, but
I'm finding out they're actually the hardest part of my day."
So no matter how Jesse fairs in the end of his "Bachelor"
run, at least he'll head back to training camp in better shape
than ever before.
And you can catch Jesse in romantic action, Wednesday nights
on ABC. |
