Brad Pitt On The Clock
He wowed them on MTV’s "TRL," while
at the Conde Nast Innovator’s Gala honoring David Bowie, he
hung out with the music legend himself. He had fun with Diane
Sawyer on "Good Morning America," when she surprised
him with a Pringles commercial from his past, and he admitted,
"Jen always said I was one left turn away from a Backstreet
Boy. No question about it, Brad Pitt is back and riding high
right now, as he tells the world about his epic new film,
"Troy."
Brad revealed that the big-budget blockbuster was his most physically demanding role ever. "It was a good year in total of arduous, heavy training," he recalled. "The first three months were really brutal, not fun at all, and then I got accustomed to it, and kind of enjoyed it."
Brad told us that he and co-star Eric Bana did all their own fight scenes for "Troy," and in the process, Brad put a scar on Eric's nose. "He's going to show that one for awhile," Pitt admitted. "I'm going to take the heat for that one."
Besides "Troy," the other big news at Brad and Jen's
house is the series finale of "Friends." Brad's a
big fan of the show, so we just had to ask him to tell us his
favorite episode. "The Thanksgiving ones are really unique;
we always get a kick out of those," Pitt replied.
Brad will be on location filming "Oceans 12" when
the "Friends" finale airs, but did Jen give him a
sneak peek at home? "No, no, we've got a taboo on that,
she can't tell me," Pitt insisted. "I like the show."
"Troy" hits theaters May 14th, the last episode of
‘Friends’ air Wednesday, and you can catch more with Brad, including
an exclusive sneak peek at a scene from "Troy," on
Tuesday’s edition of "Extra" -- and don’t miss our
exclusive online expanded interview with Brad, available
