Owen McKibbin

He's the poster boy for perfect fitness. With his chiseled abs and bulging biceps, Owen McKibbin's been on countless magazine covers. Now he's letting everyone in on his workout secret with his first book, appropriately titled, "The Men's Health Cover Model Workout."

Owen says, "The book is about getting back to the basics. We're not supposed to order pizzas and lay on a couch with a remote control."

The former pro beach volleyball player says while nutrition and cardio are very important, the key to a healthier life is finding and following the right routine for you. He says, "I don't think I’m anything extraordinary, but I'm very consistent and I’ll do something everyday to kind of make a deposit into the fitness bank."
