For six weeks he's been dating and mating Alex Michel's gone from 25 women down to just two and tomorrow night the star of ABC's "The Bachelor" will pick his future bride.
Alex says, “The biggest decision is ahead of me, to choose between two great women.”
Only “Extra” got to ask Alex about his final verdict. He says, “I'm looking forward to spending the rest of my life with one of them but in between that I’ve got a lot of hard thinking to do.”
Let's take a look at Alex's choices. There's Trista, she's 29-years-old, lives in Miami, Florida and is a Miami Heat dancer. Amanda is 23, lives in Kansas, and works as an event planner. And the potential brides to be couldn't be more different...
Amanda is not shy. On her first date she smooched Alex right away and as they got closer, things heated up even more. Trista's first date was very different. It wasn't until she was whisked away to Hawaii, that Alex made some headway.
Did being "The Bacheor" change Alex’s life? He says, “This show has felt like therapy. I’ve changed a lot I’ve learned a lot about myself and I’ve gotten comfortable being open.”
And Alex has opened the girl’s eyes too. Amanda says, “If anything, he's raised my standards and I know there's a lot better people out there than I’ve dated!”
