Jared Leto
He's the quintessential bad boy and in the new action thriller “Panic Room,” Jared Leto is at it again as a rich kid gone bad. Jared says of his character, “Junior is a little confused. I think his hair says a lot about who he is. He doesn't know who he is or where he fits in.”
Leto, who did some of his own stunts, says he likes living dangerously on film. He says, “I had a chance to get actually lit on fire in film. That was a unique experience.”
Jared first lit-up on screen on TV’s "My So-Called Life" and it’s been non-stop since, from "Black & White" to "Fight Club" to playing a heroin addict in "Requiem for a Dream." He says of his roles, “A lot of time spent in dark place surrounded by dark energy and emotion.”
Jared's real life's a lot brighter. He's dating actress Cameron Diaz, who stars in the new movie "The Sweetest Thing," playing a girl looking for that perfect guy. Cameron says, “The phase I’m in right now is past that phase definitely.”
Neither will say whether this is it, but if Jared should get the jitters, he says, “I built a panic room at my house. I was inspired and I felt in this day in age I wanted a little extra safety.”
No need to panic Jared, looks like you've found a safe house in Hollywood.
