Stars Doll Up For NYC Costume Ball
Renée was resplendent in Carolina Herrera, while Charlize Theron teased in Dior Couture. And then there was the stunning Lauren Bush, the spectacular Scarlett Johansson, an electrifying Naomi Watts, and a shimmering Molly Sims.
This parade of the most beautiful women on
the planet turned out for the "Dangerous Liaisons"-themed
Metropolitan Museum of Art's annual Costume Institute Ball,
co-chaired by Vogue Editor Anna Wintour. And the appearance
of Jennifer Lopez apparently marked the end to her reported
feud with Vogue, especially considering we heard Lopez will
finally grace the magazine's December cover.
Meanwhile, Lopez stole the show arriving with her designer dates,
Dolce and Gabbana. "These lovely gentlemen were nice enough
to invite me and I'm very excited," Lopez told us, adding,
"I'm a huge fan."
Jen's alleged Latin love, Mark Anthony, made a separate entrance.
And high rollers like the Trumps, including daughter Ivanka,
and ex-wife Ivana, rubbed shoulders with the likes of "Sex
and the City" stars Kim Cattrall and Kristen Davis, who
revealed, "I feel dangerous and seductive… when I'm in
a private place."
Stunning "Soprano" Jamie-Lynn DiScala felt like the
belle of the ball, and admitted, "My husband likes it,
so we’ll see what happens later."
Jerry Seinfeld celebrated his 50th birthday looking fit and
fashionable; Jade Jagger stepped out in red; and Anne Heche
had a big hair day.
And while the April showers had Eva Mendes feeling, "very
wet," it was still a New York night to get dangerously
dolled up.
