Kimberly Unlocks Her Debut Video
The world is falling in love with "American Idol's" Kimberly Locke -- and only "Extra's" got the exclusive first look at Kim's debut video "Eighth World Wonder."
In the video, things heat up as Kim gets her
groove on with a sexy hunk. "That was a good experience,
you know," Kim declares.
And her sexy co-star might look familiar to daytime TV viewers,
since he’s none other than Charles Divins, a heartthrob on NBC’s
"Passions."
Kim’s video and our exclusive photo shoot show off the 26-year-old
singer’s sexy and svelte new self. Locke has dropped more than
20 pounds since her "AI" days by doing cardio and
weight training. "I don’t want to be a size two, zero or
three," Locke insists. "I am what I am, and I work
with what I have."
Kimberly tells us that "work" is what she’s had to
do, very hard, for her success. "I saved every card of
every person that I ever met from ‘American Idol,’" she
recollects. "And after the tour was over, I started making
phone calls."
That's her advice to the top "Idol" finalists, who
she predicts will be George Huff, Fantasia, Jennifer Hudson
and Latoya.
But what does Kim think about Idol-reject-turned-superstar William
Hung? "When William Hung gets on the radio before me? Problem."
But now it’s Kimberly’s turn to shine -- her album, "One
Love," comes out in May.
