Greene's 'White-Out' Slims the Stars
He's helping Oprah's pal, Wynonna Judd, fight her battle of the bulge, and he helped Oprah get fit at 50. So, how does trainer Bob Greene do it? It’s all about the white.
Greene teaches people to cut those empty-calorie
white foods like sugar, flour, potatoes and pasta -- and the
results show. Oprah recently told us, "I cannot even pretend
that I can eat bread and rice."
Dana Littleton of Guntersville, Ala., also struggled with the white foods. She tried lots of diets, but nothing worked. So Littleton decided to follow Greene’s healthy living approach.
"I heard that nagging voice inside me everyday, telling
me I needed to lose weight," Littleton told us. That voice
must have quieted by now -- from her starting weight of 248
pounds, she managed to slim down to 132 pounds; that’s a loss
of 118 pounds!
