Rumor Control: Bad Behavior

Is a member of Michael Jackson’s inner circle speaking out?

Fact: Frank Tyson has known Jackson since he was 13 years old, and now he’s sharing secrets, but only with "CJ" Executive Producer Harvey Levin.

Levin reports, "Frank Tyson told me he would occasionally share a bed with Michael Jackson and the two would lay there and have graphic sexual conversations about women -- though Tyson says Jackson never laid a hand on him."

Tyson believes Jackson is innocent, but prosecutors think Tyson threatened Jackson’s accuser's family and tried to get them out of the country. Levin further reveals, "Frank Tyson admitted to me that he and his friend, Vinnie, were trying to get the family to go to Brazil and that someone was actually scouting a place for them to stay. He says it was to be only for three weeks and then he was going to bring them back to Los Angeles, put them in a condo, and Jackson was going to pay for it."

Did Britney Spears refuse to cut a controversial new video scene?

Fact: "Everytime" debuted on MTV’s "TRL," Monday night. In the video, Spears is in a bathtub and, after a fight with a character played by Stephen Dorff, she appears to be submerged underwater. But after a public outcry that the scene would be a bad influence on kids, Spears cut one part of the scene which showed an open bottle of pills by the tub.

Is Posh Spice standing by her man?

Fact: It sure looked that way Monday night in London, as Posh and her soccer star husband, David Beckham, got cozy despite tabloid reports that Beckham had an affair with a woman named Sarah Marbeck (this in addition to recent reports that he also bedded his former assistant Anita Loos). Tuesday morning, Marbeck posed for the "Sun" in nothing but shoes and fishnet stockings.

Did California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger really save a drowning man in Hawaii?

Fact: The story's been making the rounds for days, and at a news conference in Los Angeles, we decided to get to the bottom of it. And Arnold says it’s true. He saved a man while vacationing with his family in Hawaii.

"If you hear of anyone drowning, please let me know -- I'll swim out there right away and save them," joked The Swim-minator.
