'The Apprentices' The Morning After
Nick Warnock and Amy Henry didn’t get the job Friday. Following a night of twists and turns, Bill and Kwame became the last men standing and several fired "Apprentices" were rehired.
"Extra" was the nation's first TV show to interview "Apprentice" lovebirds Nick and Amy the morning after. They make a cute couple, but Nick and Amy are setting the record straight -- it wasn’t love, just a show-mance.
"We had a fun time together," Amy told us, but added, "There was no sex involved whatsoever."
"You couldn't have sexual relations and if there were sexual relations they would have put it on television," Nick said.
Amy is also on rumor control, denying Katrina's claim that after dumping Nick, she turned her attention to Bill, the cigar merchant. "Bill and I are great friends, and I say that it’s rumors for ratings," Amy insisted.
There’s no doubt that Trump's ratings will hit an all-time high for the live "Apprentice" finale, where either Kwame or Bill will finally hear The Donald say, "You’re hired."
"Extra" was also with Kwame, as he watched Thursday night’s show. But for Kwame to win, his team, whose final task is to organize a Jessica Simpson concert, better find Jessica fast. At the cliffhanger ending, the pop star was missing due to returning "Apprentice" villain, Omarosa, who told a series of blatant lies and bungles.
And for the record, Amy now regrets her boardroom backstabbing of Nick. "Had I done it again I never would have said Nick should be fired," she admitted.
But noble Nick told "Extra" he has no hard feelings. "I'd like to take this opportunity to reach out to the women of America to help me through this troubling time," Nick joked.
"To the women of America, Nick is smart, sexy, and available," Amy insisted. Not to mention unemployed (for now).
And you can see who does get the job, next Thursday on NBC.
