Sabato Jr. in Fashion Show Fight
The Heatherette Fashion Show in Los Angeles began as a typical fashion event with celebrity models Jillian Barberie, Rod Stewart’s daughter, Kimberly, and former Playmate Jenny McCarthy. But the show was stolen by the celebrity brawl that broke out backstage.
The action took place away from the catwalk, out of sight of most of the models. Antonio Sabato Jr. and an unidentified man began wrestling on the concrete floor. Onlookers were stunned and amazed afterward that no one was badly hurt. Police were called, but no arrests were made.
Luckily for Sabato Jr., his latest television role has required him to stay in top shape. The Italian heartthrob and former Calvin Klein underwear model plays a personal trainer on the WB comedy "The Help."
The actor's representatives are not commenting, and there are conflicting reports about what started the fight. Some say it was over a woman, while others say it was a taunt about Sabato Jr.’s jacket.
The Heatherette designers did all they could to make their Shion show beautiful, but they couldn’t control the ugliness that happened behind the scenes.
