'Anger Management'

There's only one guy who can manage Adam Sandler's anger and that's Jack Nicholson. When "Extra" sat down with Sandler, he told us that signing Nicholson sealed the deal. He says, "I liked the idea of the whole movie, but the fact that Nicholson liked it made me like it even more."

Not only did Nicholson bring his A-game to the set, Adam says Jack worked overtime to help find the laughs. He says, "He's just funny. He'd stay up all night. We'd get to his house and he'd be like, ‘All right gentlemen, let's go to page 61.’ He'd have 2,000 new lines."

Co-star Marisa Tomei got to see both men work. She told "Extra" that Adam did teach an old dog new tricks. She says, "I saw Jack wanting to get into Adam's world."

Sandler says, "The greatest was, he'd say funny stuff, they'd call cut and I’d go 'That was funny!' He'd go, 'Yeah?'"

You can see Adam and Jack go one-on-one when "Anger Management" hits theatres on April 11th.
