Britney Spears

It's easy to find her in one of her videos, but spotting Britney Spears on the streets just got a little bit harder.

It's being reported that the pop princess has taken to using body doubles in an effort to thwart a would-be stalker. A Japanese fan accused of stalking Spears is said to be why Britney has been sending out two to three baseball cap-wearing blondes out as distractions.

Spears reps deny the doubles, but a clone could explain Britney’s bizarre fling with Limp Biskit front man Fred Durst.

Us Weekly's cover story tackles the he said/she said debate that erupted when Durst went public with tales about Britney’s body, her wild partying ways, and their supposed sexual encounters. Those are claims the diva denies. Entertainment editor Michael Lewittis says, "A friend of hers I know said, ‘Why would she even be interested? She thinks he's fat.’"

Lewittis also has an idea about what may be motivating the bad boy rocker's mudslinging. He says, "Durst certainly has a history of kissing and telling, or maybe dissing and telling, when women spurn him. It happened once with Christina Aguilera."

For more on Britney, check out the new Us Weekly which hits newsstands Friday.
