With her devil-may-care sexy style, there's just something about Cameron. “Extra” went one-on-one with the beautiful Ms. Diaz the day after her hair created a stir at the Oscars.
Cameron shared a secret with us: what looked like bed head, really was!
Cameron says, “I just got out of bed and walked out, jumped in the limo, drove up the street and jumped out. That was it.”
Diaz is now looking ahead to her new film "The Sweetest Thing," about finding love with a little help from your girlfriends. The movie, also starring Christina Applegate and Selma Blair, has been described as a cross between "Sex and the City" and that other Cameron classic, "Something About Mary."
It's hard not to laugh at the new film, but Cameron was also careful not to send the wrong message to young fans. She says, “‘Oh, that's funny, she got drunk, got upset and then she makes out with some guy she doesn't even know. Oh, that's the way you solve problems.’ I didn't want that out there.”
But Cameron says she can relate to the film's dating dilemmas. She says, “Been there, did it, understand it.”
