Getting Personal With Pierce
He plays a New York divorce lawyer who teams up with rival attorney Julianne Moore, in the upcoming romantic comedy, "Laws of Attraction." But when we sat down with Pierce Brosnan, he revealed some personal secrets few know about, starting with, "I’m somewhat claustrophobic. I don’t like confined spaces."
Still dashing at almost 51, Brosnan is definitely growing older gracefully. So what’s his secret? "Stress and worry burns the calories off," Brosnan told us. "Don’t give up, keep going."
But Brosnan did admit he’s a bit uncomfortable with the label of "Hollywood Sex Symbol." "It's embarrassing to talk about it, really," he admitted. "I think you have to take it with a pinch of salt."
Pierce’s marriage to actress Keely Shaye Smith is considered one of Hollywood’s happiest. And despite his busy career, he still makes time for his two young sons: "It’s tough juggling it all, family, career. But hey, I’m working!"
But what about his work as a British spy? There are reports Brosnan may not come back for the next "James Bond," to which Brosnan responded, "I have no idea. They know where to find me. Would I like to do another one? Sure, I’d love to."
Looks like the jury's still out on that one, but "Laws of Attraction" is in session April 30th. And you can get more on Pierce on Thursday’s edition of "Extra."
