Stars on the Court and in the Stands
The biggest names in Hollywood turned out to
catch their favorite NBA hoopsters as East met West in the
All-Star Game on Sunday night at Los Angeles' Staples Center.
And "Extra" was there to chat with the celeb spectators.
"You know it's Valentines Day [on Saturday]," said a stag Will Smith. "And me and my wife had a wonderful evening, so tonight I’m just feeling sexy by myself."
Game tickets were understandably quite the hot commodities. "The last All-Star game I went to, I had to pay heavily to go to," said American Idol Ruben Studdard. "So to cop a free ticket is really a blessing."
Ted Danson and his wife, Mary Steenburgen, also got their tickets as a gift. "Craig Kilborn gave us tickets on the air," Danson explained. "So we'll see how good the seats are."
No matter the seats, from courtside to nosebleeds, excitement was definitely in the air. Rapper Jay-Z told "Extra," "I go to games when no one's there, so this is great for me."
Beautiful Beyonce ditched the basketball for a disco ball in the halftime show. "I actually got that entrance from Donna Summers," Beyonce said. "She inspired me."
The weekend games also included a celebrity shoot-out complete with all-star coaches Ashton Kutcher, P. Diddy and Paris Hilton. And while coach Kutcher looked tense, Demi's daughter Tallulah played courtside masseuse.
